But first, a quick reminder: Always check with your vet before introducing new foods, and be mindful of any dietary restrictions or allergies your dog may have.

Recipe 1: Pumpkin &

Peanut Butter Pup Biscuits

Ingredients:

1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin (unsweetened, no additives)

2 tbsp peanut butter (natural, xylitol-free)

2 eggs

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (or gluten-free flour)

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth. Slowly add in the flour until the dough is firm. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes (bone-shaped cookie cutters work great!). Bake on a lined cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Let them cool before serving.

Pro Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
