How to Book a First Stay With Us

 

We're excited you're considering our resort for your pup(s)!

​

As a boutique, home-based pup resort, we intentionally welcome only a limited number of pups at a time. Our Guest Registry helps us get to know every pup before their first stay so we can provide personalized care and assess whether our resort environment can provide the safe, comfortable, and enriching experience every guest deserves.

 

The registry form adapts based on your answers. If you're ready to schedule your pup's required Overnight Evaluation, expect about 5–10 minutes per pup profile.  If you're simply interested in receiving occasional updates, it takes about 2–3 minutes to complete.

By Completing the Guest Registry, You'll Be Able To:

✔ Receive updates about availability, new services, and important resort news.

✔ Tell us about your pup(s)' personality, routine, preferences, and care needs.

✔ Let us know if you have upcoming stay dates so we can check availability.

✔ Schedule your intro call and your pup(s) Overnight Evaluation.

✔ Assess whether our resort environment can provide the safe, comfortable, and enriching experience your pup deserves. If we believe another setting may better meet their needs, we'll happily share a few alternative care options for you to consider.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your Guest Registry, we'll personally review your information and contact you within 1-2 business days to answer your questions and discuss the next steps.

Need to make arrangements sooner? If you have an urgent boarding request or upcoming travel plans, please also call or text us. We'll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
